Yes, great leaders actually lead. Jesus was a true leader. All we have to do as leaders is follow him. Sometimes that means we have to be willing to be crucified. Sacry stuff. :)

I'd be very interested in seeing anything that you did. I just started teaching Transformational Leadership by Leighton Ford to the Senior High Sunday School class at my church. My cohort and I are also using Spiritual Leadership by Oswald Sanders.
