I bought this book at Hearts and Minds Bookstore in Dallastown, PA on January 2. I just found it in the pastoral leadership section of the store. It looked good so I bought it. I have only read the first chapter but I'm thinking if the rest of it is like this first installment then it is a great book. I will write a review when I'm done.
