For those who are unable to make a particular event due to scheduling for whatever reason, one of the great things is that the World Wide Web enables all of us to stay connected 24/7, and can keep everyone in the ministry loop.

And, if you can rally together some of those emerging church pastors with day jobs to meetup on an evening or weekend time slot, let me know! It just takes 1 person to call an event and it can happen. It's that easy. :)

Re: how I’m quoted in the Los Angeles Times article

thanks for posting the presentation!! there were some statistics and things that i wasn't able to write down, there was so much good information. (and i like data.) as an added bonus, i was able to forward it on to my pastor who couldn't make it.

which brings me to something i wanted to mention. our church, and i am guessing others like us, is made up of pastors and leaders who are in the marketplace. so many ministry meetings are during the day, when they are working. i just wanted to put this on the radar screen - more and more of the emerging churches have pastors with day jobs. i'm hoping there is way for us to not be left out of the ministry loop.

Re: how I’m quoted in the Los Angeles Times article

You're on angryasianman, also!

http://www.angryasianman.co...
