...just a suggestion: make sure you're all using Skype's BETA version (ver 2.5.0.91) Hopefully that will eliminate the difficulties some seem to have.

That's a good question, I will check on it. i am pretty new with the whole Skypecast thing, so we'll see. Would welcome input from anyone who has used it (with success) in the past.
